Public Beta Data Notice

How project information is handled.

This notice applies to the Atlas public beta website and its Start Your Project experience.

The intake submits to Atlas

Your answers are processed in your browser while you complete the form. When you submit, Atlas receives the project information and creates a project record.

What is sent

The submitted record includes your name, email, organization or brand if provided, selected project answers, project concern, privacy acknowledgement, and limited submission metadata needed for operations and abuse prevention.

How Atlas uses an emailed summary

Atlas uses submitted information to understand the project, identify useful follow-up questions, send a confirmation email, notify the founder inbox, and reply to you. During public beta, Atlas may also use non-sensitive feedback to improve the intake experience.

Before you send

Do not include passwords, payment information, confidential manufacturing files, or other sensitive personal information in the project form.
